                    <p>Borislav Strugarević has over 20 years of experience in senior positions within the banking sector,
                        across various organizational areas. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Executive Board of
                        Marfin
                        Bank a.d. Belgrade, and from 2014 to 2023, he served as the President of the Executive Board of
                        Marfin
                        Bank a.d. Belgrade, later Expobank a.d. Belgrade.</p>
                    <p>He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and
                        Business in Belgrade and has continued his professional development both domestically and
                        internationally, specializing in risk management and effective business management.</p>
                    <p>He has extensive
                        experience in strategically leading financial institutions, with a particular focus on financing
                        businesses and individuals, while managing risks, optimizing operational processes, and improving
                        profitability. His expertise lies in a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and the ability
                        to
                        navigate complex challenges in the banking sector, achieving sustainable results.</p>

                        a.d., he serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.</p>
