                    <p>Dr. Nikola Stakić is a long-standing university professor and a recognized member of the domestic
                    academic community, with simultaneous practical and professional involvement in the financial industry.
                    He has held leadership positions in his academic domain and participated in numerous professional
                    seminars, roundtables, and expert panels on financial markets.</p>
                    <p>In addition to a rich domestic and
                    international academic career, he has professionally developed in finance, by earning the designation of
                    Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) granted by the CFA Institute (USA), as well as holding a Portfolio
                    Manager license issued by the Securities Commission. He is an authorized instructor for CFA certificate
                    exam preparation courses. He has also served as a consultant on multiple occasions for the development
                    of regulatory and business frameworks in capital markets, both domestically and internationally.</p>
                    <p>At Eclectica Capital a.d., he serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee.</p>
